Clay Powersports (our physical location in Celina, TN) handles all outboard motor sales.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of outboard motors—including portable models purchased online—are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every motor comes with a full manufacturer warranty. If you experience any mechanical issues, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center for warranty-covered repairs.

Shipping Damage

You must inspect your motor immediately upon delivery. If the unit is damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours by contacting (931) 243-4555 with your order number and photos so we can coordinate a claim with our carrier. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.

Before You Purchase

Because all motor sales are final, we strongly encourage you to contact us at (931) 243-4555 before placing your order to verify product specifications, compatibility, and suitability for your needs.

Free Shipping

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Shipping Carrier — XPO Logistics

All orders are shipped via XPO Logistics.

Order Processing

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Daily Operations: Our shipping dock at Clay Powersports operates Monday–Friday and closes promptly at 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Transit Times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your proximity to our Tennessee location.

Non-Portable Motors

Larger motors are not eligible for online purchase or shipping and must be picked up at our physical location.
